Alvin Toffler, who wrote “Future Shock”, said: “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” What we talked about today was learning to question and possibly unlearn our belief system that tells us that our unhappiness is the result of personal failings.
