Sunday’s sitting was about dealing with our emotional and difficult issues. The main thing I want to emphasize about this is that everyone is going to have difficulties, and everyone is going to feel they are coming up short somehow in dealing with their issues. We have to try to forgive ourselves and allow difficulties to arise, and I hope we can work really diligently on being kinder to ourselves.
